I played Battlefield 2 today and suddenly the new update caused my CPU to hit its maximum at around 74%. I have an i7 4770K. Someone else has probably faced the same issue, and do you know if anyone found a solution? I’m not sure if EA will respond.

I thought I solved the problem but it still isn<|pad|>. I really want to play this game, but I can't because my CPU is hitting its limits and slowing down the GPU. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The game experiences unusual stuttering after each round. The first round works, but subsequent rounds cause constant lag. A reinstall might help.

I'm still experiencing issues. The game won't launch properly—it opens as a small window, then crashes with a black screen.
