After the BIOS update, PCI-E ports ceased functioning properly.
It began when I updated my x79 Sabertooth with a modified BIOS featuring NVMe boot capability. After the flash, everything appeared normal, so I adjusted various BIOS parameters and completed stress tests without issues. I then re-enabled onboard audio (though it doesn’t function properly) and turned on USB 3.0 charging support. These were the final changes I made before saving and restarting. Despite those adjustments, no video output was detected. I've tested multiple slots, GPUs, and even reset the CMOS, but nothing resolved the issue. The system runs fine otherwise, yet it fails to display any video. The onboard LED indicates power-on, and the shutdown time after pressing the power button suggests a Windows boot. I can still access BIOS settings and loaded optimized defaults, but they didn’t help. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.
