Hello, I recently sold my RX 7600 and am having trouble starting my operating system without the graphics card. My NZXT N7 Z790 board runs BIOS version 7.01, and I reset it after the display stopped recognizing the output before. At that time I was using DP with the GPU, now switching to HDMI. My CPU is an Intel i5-13600K and I enter the UEFI each time. The SSD (Kingston KC3000) appears, but the boot menu is blank. I have some screenshots of sub-menus that might help. I’d appreciate any suggestions. I’m planning to upgrade to an RX 7800 XT later this month.

Refers to opening the settings and selecting "load UEFI defaults." The CSM requests installing an external graphics card. There is no option for "secure boot."

With Windows install media available, you can decide to fix the existing setup and check if an exit option exists. If present, it will display details about your installation, allowing you to repair the boot configuration using bcdedit.
