Hello everyone, I’m dealing with two Ryzen PCs that seem to have a noticeable mouse input delay when they first boot or restart. One solution I’ve tried is putting them to sleep and then waking them back up—after that, the lag disappears and everything feels much smoother. My overall experience is much better in games and while using the desktop. I’ve experimented with various mice, mouse pads, multiple monitors, and cables. At first, I suspected a power issue, but my friends’ 2600X didn’t show this problem either, and even my older Intel 6700K ran fine. Could it be related to the CPU cooler? Both systems use Corsair AIO coolers, though different models. I was using my 2700X with the stock Wraith Prism and the issue vanished completely. If anyone has any thoughts, it would be really helpful. Here are the specs:

Found the newest BIOS for Windows 10 Pro 1909 on the Asus site. I've tested every power plan, Ryzen balanced, and high-performance settings.
Some keys might be visible but it's hard to judge. The mouse behavior is most apparent during movement. I checked clicks using human reaction time tests and found no significant difference; I estimate around 170-200ms. The issue seems more in the dragging sensation. Keyboards listed include Logitech models and Corsair options.

I've faced a similar issue with my hybrid wireless wired Corsair Harpoon. It functions well over wired connections but tends to slow down after entering sleep mode, unlike when it's connected directly. Have you attempted removing all drivers and reverting to the system's original ones? Also, did you uninstall any additional software such as motherboard utilities or Corsair iCUE?
