Hey there, I recently performed a fresh install of Windows 10 because I was dealing with a bothersome problem where Excel, OneDrive, Outlook, and other apps would open multiple times unexpectedly. It's super annoying, especially during gameplay. I even captured a screenshot at the time it happened. Usually it occurs once or twice a week, but now I finally had the chance to clean up. Regarding my current issue, every time I restart my PC, one or both monitors would reset their wallpapers and appear in strange ways. When trying to change the background for my second monitor under Personalize, I don’t see an option available. This is how it should look. Do you know what’s causing this or how I can stop it? It’s mostly just a hassle, but it’s the first time I’ve noticed it. Any advice would be really appreciated.
