Your laptop failed to display output during startup, preventing LogonUI access. It could enter safe mode before a reset, so you saved your data. After installing Windows via the recovery menu, you encountered a black screen followed by a PAGE FAULT in nonpaged area every boot. Consider checking hardware connections, updating drivers, and verifying system integrity.

Because you've already reset, a completely new installation would be best. The issue might point to a hardware problem, like a faulty graphics card. Check if your laptop has a dedicated GPU setup.

It's an ASUS G513IC-HN003 with a dedicated and IG-PUGA combo.

Check the bios settings, go to advanced, then system agent > GPU config. Turn on IGPU multimonitor and adjust the primary monitor accordingly (peg=dedicated igfx=integrated). Observe any changes. Also, confirm the laptop display isn’t showing anything.

You're having trouble locating the advanced system agent section, and the default display seems unresponsive.

Begin the laptop and notice if the ASUS splash appears before Windows loads. If yes, repeatedly press the F2 key to access Setup (Bios). Should the screen remain completely black without the splash, connect an external monitor or TV. If this doesn’t work, you likely have a significant hardware problem. Try removing one RAM stick, swapping its position, and adjusting the slot. If that doesn’t resolve it, your HDD/SSD might be failing and requires replacement.

I reached the bios section but didn’t find the requested category. Also, after reinstalling Windows from a USB drive, the laptop starts up correctly now. Thanks everyone!
