I recently improved my case, storage, cooling, and power supply. My PSU failed to start one day and the performance was slow and noisy. After reassembling everything in the new case, I tried turning it on. All fans are working, the graphics card and motherboard lights are active, but no video appears. I changed cables, ports, monitors, and switched from DP to HDMI, but nothing worked. I also used the motherboard’s HDMI output, but it didn’t help either. After restarting and pressing the BIOS key, the monitor still flickers bright purple when connected via HDMI, even without a display. When plugged into the motherboard or left unplugged, it doesn’t start up at all. The motherboard has four red LED lights for troubleshooting. Immediately after powering on, the CPU LED turns on clearly for about five seconds, then goes dark for a second, followed by the VGA LED (for the graphics card) which also lights up and starts the fans slowly before staying on. None of the parts have been replaced, so what’s happening?

It seems the GPU might be damaged. Have you attempted a different video output on it or removed it from the system to test the built-in graphics? Let's make sure those aren't turned off in the BIOS. Edit: I saw you tried using the on-board graphics. Are you certain the GPU was unplugged from the MOBO before testing?
