Hello, I’ve just moved my components to a different case and it’s not displaying anything on the screen anymore. The setup includes; Gigabyte B550 DS3H Ryzen 5 4500 Thermalright AX low profile cooler, changed to NH-D15 with two 120mm Redux fans (one new, both powered via a Noctua splitter), Gigabyte GTX1660 Super 6GB 3 fan model, Corsair Gen 3 PCIe riser added for extra slots, 500GB Crucial P3 Plus (Windows 10 Pro 64bit), cooler installed in the first rebuild, 1TB Crucial P3, cooler again in a later rebuild, Asus AX3000 WiFi/Bluetooth card (switched from X16 to correct slot), CableCC 5Gbps PCIe to USB E card (new), Corsair 4000D airflow (new), Corsair TX550 PSU 2TB HDD (known working, 250GB SSD also working, possibly with OS), and two 8GB Corsair Vengeance 3600s. The PC powers on, lights up, fans spin, but it doesn’t boot. It seems to communicate with the monitor through DisplayPort, not HDMI. I haven’t removed the riser yet, and nothing changes. I’ve taken out the SATA drives, swapped pins, and still nothing. I noticed once during a boot problem that the GPU wasn’t properly seated in the riser—most pins were visible. Could this have damaged the card? It lights up and fans spin (they don’t shut off again; memory says they did before). Is it possible I’ve destroyed my GPU? Everything else seems fine, including cables and peripherals. I had another machine nearby just before finishing the build. Can you help me figure this out?
I've used a different GPU that's functioning properly. It doesn't require extra power, and I've removed all other expansion cards as well.
