I'm just getting started with setting up my rig, but it's essential since my GPU isn't working right. I want to boost my render speeds in Blender and other programs. My CPU runs at 4.5GHz 1.3V, left the uncore ratio auto to adjust later. So far, Aida64 hasn't shown any issues, but benchmarks like Cinebench drop significantly—from 1809 points at 3.0GHz to around 800 after upgrading. Anyone have tips or solutions? My system includes an i7 5960X, Gigabyte GA-X99 gaming GPU, GTX 660 Ti, and 16GB RAM.

No, I didn't turn off HT. I have some screenshots available. CPU performance was stable before and after the benchmarks.

Verify your thermal performance, as insufficient cooling might cause throttling at 1.3v speed.

I didn't review the HT option either; I don't have any screenshots, but I'll proceed with the default settings. I'll also run an override just to confirm the outcomes.

You're experiencing around 5-10% throttling during OC, unsure if it's acceptable.

It's really strange how it seems so slow even when launching Windows.
