After powering on, the CPU indicator illuminated and then shut down.
I just powered on my PC and after a short time the CPU indicator lit up while the screen stayed off (the system was still active). I turned off the power supply, restarted the machine which ran a few cycles but everything seemed normal except the VGA light, which stayed on. After another restart it switched off again. This is really frustrating. The VGA light used to activate every 3-4 starts. Now it only turns on after a crash or when the PC isn’t used for a while—it doesn’t work all the time. The issue began when I changed my GPU about 4 weeks ago, though I’d been in a repair shop for 2½ weeks. A few days after reinstalling the drivers a week ago, my screen would shut down during idle mode except for the DRAM light, which would turn on and then work again when I powered off and turned it back on. The same happened yesterday with the DRAM light. Someone mentioned it might be a MOBO problem, but I’m not sure if that’s the case.

The issue started on F 65 when I chose to downgrade. I experienced two black screens with DRAM lights after the downgrade, but only a CPU light appeared. After that, I reflashed the BIOS during my time on F 65.
Reviewing the guide might clarify what your motherboard is communicating.
I examined the motherboard manual and noticed it only supports 2933MHz RAM, not 3200MHz. Until now, my 32GB system ran at 3200MHz. Recently I upgraded to a 32GB kit with an OC setting of 3600MHz, and I didn’t see any black screens then. Could this be the problem? It seems like using it for a short period might help confirm. I just changed it back to 2933. Also, I checked and my specific RAM model isn’t listed on the motherboard page.
