Hello, I updated my Ryzen 2700 to 1.25V at 3.8GHz and it generally runs around 3.76GHz during Cinebench R23. I have a B450 ASUS TUF Gaming Pro with 2x 8GB 3000MHz RAM. My RAM went from 9500 to 9950, which is a solid improvement (~16% gain). However, my single-core performance dropped from 1050 to 1005, a 5% decrease. There seems to be no boost during single-core tasks anymore. My clocks idle at 1.2V when watching YouTube. Can I adjust this too? (Power plan is already balanced.)

PBO barel significantly enhances performance, primarily raising voltages to around 1.45
That’s a 2700x measurement, but your number on the list is 8947. It seems like there might be a discrepancy—maybe you meant 8900 instead of 2700. Also, with the default settings, you usually see around 8500, which is interesting since your RAM could be affecting it.
