Hello, I'm not very familiar with computer software and I once made a change in my BIOS, but since then I can't access it. Now when I start my computer, it first beeps eight times and then takes a while to load before reaching the Windows login screen. When I enter winRE, I always get a black screen, though it still appears. With the keyboard guiding me, I've tried a startup recovery, but it just restarts the beeping and everything stays the same.

The specific parts are:
Biostar A320MH 2.0, Mainboard
AMD Ryzen 5 4500 (AM4, 3.60 GHz, 6-core)
ASUS GeForce GT 1030 2G BRK

The computer functions quite normally, so it doesn't seem like a major issue, but fixing it would be great. I'd appreciate any advice you can give me. Thank you in advance.

Reset the BIOS using the onboard CLEAR_CMOS switch.
You likely don’t need to do much in the BIOS.
Check the motherboard user manual for details on finding and applying the CLEAR_CMOS jumper.

Thanks for the reply. I tried it a few times with the jumper, but without a cap it didn't work. Today I used a jumper cap from an old PC and it worked again. Thanks for the assistance, hope you have a great day.
