I recently replaced my Ryzen 5 CPU with a Ryzen 7 5700X, but the system still won’t show up. All fans and lights are active, yet nothing appears. I’ve checked the BIOS, reset the CMOS, and confirmed there are no bent pins. Any other ideas? Thanks!

Have you installed the latest BIOS version for your compatible CPU? Did the system function properly with that CPU?

OP mentioned the BIOS was updated, so I want to confirm it finished properly on the motherboard.

Check if your screen is linked to your specific GPU and identify the model of your Ryzen 5 processor.

My screen is linked to my 2070 Super, and I'm moving from a Ryzen 5 2600. The MSI site mentions that the Ryzen 7 5700x works with it.

I modified the bios with the Ryzen 5 that was already installed, and it functions properly. However, on the other side, with the Ryzen 7 there is still no display.

The bios you modified were quite specific, including updates to MSI's website.

This version is AGESA 1.0.0.6, it won't function. You must use BIOS 7A38vHH.
