After installing new RAM, the PC fails to boot.

I placed a new RAM module but it doesn't start up. After swapping back the original one, the issue persists. I ran a reset on the motherboard but it didn't fix it. I tested another RAM from another computer, but it also failed to work.

At startup it may require some time to fully set up memory and display, particularly on the latest generation devices.

only the fans are spinning and the hard drive is active, but there’s no screen showing anything.
