after adjusting my Palit GTX1070 dual fans incorrectly, my GTA V frame rate fell by 20. Now the 1070 is not performing well and sometimes stops unexpectedly.

After OC-ing my Palit GTX1070 dual fan, my GTA V FPS dropped 20. Now the 1070 is underperforming and sometimes stops unexpectedly. It seems the wrong OC is still active. Uninstall the program you used to make changes, restart your computer, then reinstall it. When uninstalling, choose no if asked about saving settings to fully remove the OC. a new issue has appeared with the graphics in games becoming somewhat unusual. After playing BeamNG, I noticed the ground no longer looked smooth and experienced minor screen tearing even when V-Sync was enabled.
