When I turn on the XMP profile, my computer starts and then tries again before powering off. On the second attempt, it begins loading everything. Can someone assist me with this issue? I have a DDR4 LPX 16X4 with 64GB, 2400MHz, and C16 latency. Thank you.

Enable XMP and increase RAM voltage by 0.01 volts.
