I recently assembled a new PC. It runs smoothly, but I encounter a problem where after disconnecting and reconnecting USB devices, the computer displays a blue screen with PFN List Corruption. I’m not sure what triggered this, I ran a mdsched test and Windows reported no issues with RAM. I’m seeking advice on diagnosing the problem.

I also included a 2TB HDD, though it might not be necessary. I reviewed the chipset and GPU drivers, but I’m not sure about other software updates.

No, it wasn't. The HDD was installed after you asked the question.

I haven't tested it. I put the HDD in after the OS was installed. Perhaps I should re-image it and check if the problem continues?
