Hi everyone, for better understanding, there were power spikes in my neighborhood. In my home, there were five surges that caused the CPU to short out. After checking the power supply and trying a new motherboard, I swapped the old CPU (AMD Ryzen 3600x) with a newer one (AMD Ryzen 5600x) on an Asus rog strix 450-f motherboard. I flashed the BIOS and everything functioned correctly last night. Now, the PC won’t power on, but the motherboard lights are still lit—meaning the case power button isn’t responding. I’m confused because it worked fine yesterday and now it’s not. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
