Pc specs details: CPU I7 7700, Motherboard Gigabyte Ga-h110m-s2h, RAM Ddr4 16gb, GPU GTX 1050ti, PSU KOLINK 700w. Build is not brand new; RAM and PSU purchased from another source. Old GPU was stored for over a year. Power supply is brand new. Drives excluded since PC won't boot otherwise. Fans spin when CPU gets warm, not hot. No USB devices function. Tested on another PC previously – worked fine. Same with this setup. When I added the last component, GPU failed. Removed GPU, changed RAM, unplugged cables, PSU, and even tried CPU swap to I5 6500. Plugged back drives and battery for 5 minutes. Still no improvement. Someone has a solution?

Check the power supply unit and ensure the graphics card is taken out during testing.

I once fixed it myself but didn’t see any improvement; all tests I ran for the GPU were cleared.

The board doesn't have a debug LED. It looks like the CPU or board itself might be faulty, but they seem to be functioning properly.

Everything functioned perfectly—no odor, no warping. The debug LED never activated, and I didn’t notice anything unusual even during operation.

Yes, your previous GPU functions properly on this setup too.

In another system within this setup, adding the GPU for the first time didn't result in any changes afterward.

I tried it but after adding my 1050ti it was confirmed to work on another PC. On this one, everything failed—fans spun nonstop and the system didn’t power on at all, even after testing various methods.

All system parts match the requirements perfectly and should integrate smoothly. With the GPU in place, here are my thoughts: 1. The graphics card isn’t receiving sufficient power, even though the PSU is capable, it’s missing the required voltage. 2. Are all components functioning properly or can you access the BIOS? 3. A potential solution is a jumper reset to test the system (you already mentioned clearing the CMOS). If none of these work, I’m stuck and sorry for not being able to help further.
