Many LGA2011 bundles are available on Aliexpress, but a 12+ core setup doesn’t seem practical for that price.

It's okay if you have 10 cores, actually xeon seems to offer the best value for performance at the moment.

Considering your budget could help refine the advice. "Extreme" isn't a clear term, and adding more cores doesn't always mean better speed. A modern quad-core processor might offer more value than a slower 10-core older model.

mate 4 core struggles to handle multiple clients simultaneously, even i9 faces problems with eight or more. I need 15 clients open without lag. The best option is a 1950x core processor, but I need as many cores as possible at the lowest cost.
