Two headers are available, including one for the CPU fan. Each header can hold up to 1A, which should accommodate about three fans unless more are needed.

You might want to own up and admit you were mistaken. Are you really assisting me now? That $377 board with just one sys fan header could cause a lot of trouble if there are other options available.

I’m not sure about this, but the Gigabyte X570 ITX uses one CPU fan header and one system fan header. Asrock B450 ITX has one CPU fan header plus two system fan headers. How many fans are typically needed in an ITX case? Usually three case fans plus one CPU cooler fan—two headers are sufficient. Fans drawing 0.33A are already loud enough at full speed, let alone higher ones. I own a Cooler Master Jetflo 120 that handles up to 0.4A, which is quite noisy; a version at 0.5A could be as loud as a hair dryer in full blast. Choosing the X570 for an ITX setup seems mainly about compatibility with older boards, not performance. It really depends on what you plan to do with it.
