affordable i7 8700k liquid cooler for overclocking
I am planning to assemble a new computer and intend to use the i7 8700k.

Mobo - Gigabyte Z370p d3
PSU - 775w
Ram - G. skill trident Z RGB 16gb
Case - DIYPC VisionII-BG

Can this overclock the i7 8700k to 4.7ghz or 5ghz? Another cooler I found is

Which one should I select, and will both work together?
It would be wiser to choose a cooler that is air-cooled rather than liquid-cooled. I advise against pairing 'liquid cooling' with a 'cheap price.' Usually, the cost of an entire AIO liquid cooler rivals the expense of a decent pump or block for a standard watercooling setup. I've noticed positive results with the Cooler Master MA410M, FSP Windale 4 and 6 models, and other options like Arctic 33 eSports Edition, Noctua NH-U12/14 or D15, as well as be quiet! Dark Rock 4/Pro.
