Hello,
I'm working on setting this up; here are the links:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/w3kNYd
Edited to select the correct motherboard:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rP6HqH
I've finished assembling the motherboard with the GPU, CPU, RAM, and CPU cooler, and I'm trying to boot into BIOS. However, I'm not seeing any video output for my screen—my GPU is connected via HDMI. The motherboard LED debug is showing red and orange lights... any advice? All fans are running smoothly and the GPU RGB is active.

As per your motherboard manual, that suggests a problem with the CPU and/or RAM. You might attempt to boot with one RAM stick and explore different slots on the motherboard to exclude faulty RAM or a malfunctioning memory channel. Also verify that the CPU power connector is securely connected.

It could also be useful to know if a motherboard speaker is compatible, as this may provide more clarity on the issue.

Your PCPartpicker list indicates that a BIOS update might be necessary for the 7800X3D. If these steps don’t resolve the matter, consider following the instructions in your manual under "Updating BIOS with Flash BIOS Button."

Additionally, you may want to try this approach before proceeding with the BIOS update.
