Hello everyone, I've been wondering for a while whether players switch between holding and toggling in PUBG. Since I started using hold, my performance has improved tenfold, and in my most recent match I finished third with seven kills—a result I haven't achieved before. Holding the mouse feels much smoother and lets me aim and shoot faster. This is especially helpful compared to games like Call of Duty and Battlefield. I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences on this topic.

It varies. If I don’t rush to a spot and get anxious, I tend to switch.

In the settings, you can now select full ADS while holding instead of switching it on and off.

ADS toggling isn't my preference since I often prefer quick reactions by simply releasing the key.

I'm just discovering the location settings in the control options. It really changed how I play now.

It's great when games offer choices, but some don't, forcing you to use toggles. I can adjust, but I prefer playing with hold.

It feels much more authentic. I was actually watching Tucker (iijerichoii) play PUBG last night and he mentioned it, which made me realize this morning to give it a try since he was doing really well with Hold.

I decided to stay on day one, and I think that's why I reach the top 10 in most games.

I wasn't aware you could adjust that setting. It's something I developed while playing CoD Blops 1 on the PS3 and BF3 on PC. When I tried CoD Blops 2 on PC, it switched automatically, which I disliked and corrected. In short, I use toggle mode for ADS but didn't realize you could change it. From what I've experienced, it actually enhances my gameplay and positioning.

Make sure the toggle is disabled by default in every shooter if available.
