This game blends elements from multiple titles, including Titanfall, Crysis, UT2004, and more. It feels like a missed opportunity for fresh ideas—merging five old concepts doesn’t really stand out. It’s tough to imagine what they’ll create next, as they seem stuck with familiar mechanics. COD4 Modern Warfare (or its updated version) still offers some enjoyment, especially when BF3/4 gets too repetitive or you lose interest in strategy and teamwork. So, step back and enjoy the occasional random action in a solo squad situation.

It's what creates quality art. You gather ideas from various places, blend them and add your own style. That's precisely how they did it, and that's exactly what a skilled creator does. "Bad artists copy, the great ones take." Pablo Picasso I find it appealing and this could be the first Call Of Duty I actually purchase rather than just rent. Plus, the new game mode seems enjoyable and reminds me of handball.
I didn't catch the broadcast, but I came across that clip on Joystiq soon after: http://www.joystiq.com/2014/08/11/see-ca.../#comments My first thought was: Wow, someone really messed up Titanfall compared to the original.
Lol at Goliath... Titanfall seems pretty polished during play (even though it has some issues, it offered solid gameplay).
