I watched a video recently showing someone using various emulators to play console games on his PC via Steam. He created shortcuts for quick access. I’m looking for a reliable GBA, PSX, and possibly Dolphin emulator at a low cost. I own a Wii and some games already. I need something easy to set up on Windows 7 and want shortcuts to launch games in Steam Big Picture mode with an XB360 controller. What do you recommend?

For Gameboy advance, I prefer Visual Boy Advance.
