Hello, I posted another version hoping to get assistance. I experience stuttering and FPS drops across most games I play. I usually run at 144 FPS but it frequently drops, causing stutters and sometimes freezing the PC for 1 to 5 seconds. Even when watching YouTube, it can suddenly stop for a few seconds. It’s been around 20 seconds or more before I can use the computer again. I’ve reinstalled Windows, changed my CPU, cleaned the PC, updated BIOS and drivers, and toggled XMP settings on and off. Both changes had the same effect—no improvement in stutters or freezes. Some games are more prone to stuttering than others; Black Desert tends to be constant, while God of War stutters every 2-5 minutes for about a minute each. It doesn’t matter what game or graphics I use—it still happens randomly. This is my last attempt to get help from pros. I really want something enjoyable, but it’s proving difficult and not fun at all. My system specs: CPU – AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, GPU – ASUS STRIX 4090, OC PSU – Corsair RMe 1000e (1000W), AIO – NZXT ELITE 360, RAM – TRIDENT Z5 7200MHZ (running at 5400).

did you want to tell us anything useful like what settings the games are at or frame rates you're getting normally or frame rates when stuttering occurs

Sure, I get it. I’m not great at explaining things in writing. I play all the games at full speed, I have 144 frames per second, but it keeps dropping—sometimes to 120, sometimes to 115, 100, and even as low as 80 for a moment.

My PC is capable of running most of those games, though performance may drop under typical conditions. Yes, it still happens even when playing standard titles.

During the final 14 minutes, you played every game using standard configurations and observed how components were utilized. Would you like to skip certain troubleshooting actions to streamline the recommendations?

No, it hasn't improved that much. I've tested several games at different difficulty levels over three months, adjusted settings from high to low, and even changed my CPU and motherboard. I've also limited FPS to 120, but still experience stutters down to 80 and 60 in dayZ.

No, I didn't reinstall Windows. You mentioned replacing something, but didn't specify what. Could you clarify?
