Use a different monitoring solution such as hwinfo to view each sensor individually.

There seems to be an issue with the sensor or readings, and your CPU isn't operating at the sun's temperature. That would be remarkable. Consider using another monitoring tool such as MSI afterburner or HwInfo to verify.
