He recently installed a Radeon 7900 XTX and is experiencing low frame rates dropping to 50 FPS with "replay disabled" appearing on the screen. The performance returns briefly before resuming normally, occurring every few minutes. All replay features are turned off in the software. Reinstalling it didn't resolve the issue.

Are you seeing those special key presses Ctrl-Shift-R or Ctrl-Shift-S in the game? Those are the standard shortcuts for recording and saving a replay. If the game actually uses that key combo, it could be useful to switch the Relive shortcuts to another key combination.
