A feature called "print to pdf" does exactly what it says. Instead of sending me papers, it creates a digital file named PDF. It's pretty pointless when you have a paper printer because the buttons just go away. Even worse is trying to send files that are clickable or editable; those features don't work well either. But hey, making a PDF with boxes and text fields is totally possible using free programs. I've made my own checklists in PDF format for use on my phone. I used Libre Office to create them. Also - not every app can read interactive things inside a PDF file. On my cell phone, I tested several apps (I don't remember the exact names...

Did Adobe say anything to you when you went asking for help?

Actually, if you want to know why the sun won't rise tomorrow, Adobe's support team will just move you around between different levels and bosses. They are about as useless as a bag of limp... well, you know. I once asked how to make an operation like converting files in Nitro. It was possible, but following the instructions from the book was super long and not very necessary. I called them and they walked me through the help video exactly the way I had clicked before. We talked back and forth until I found what I needed right there on my own to tell them that this method didn't work at all.

It works, but you can't open the PDF directly. It only lets you print the file. I'm still learning how to do this.
