The CPU appears to be displaying lower performance in the task manager than expected. In NZXT, it shows a running speed of 3.6, while the documentation lists both speeds on the CPU section. More details can be found in the attached image. Is this just an incorrect reading? The temperatures are around 30°C, so thermal throttling isn't the issue.

Task manager isn't interpreting X99 clock speeds accurately. You have screenshots indicating your 5930K is handling over 40GHz. CAM seems reliable, but you might want to cross-check with CPU-Z or HWINFO64 for better precision.
