There’s no standard stress test tool that lets you precisely control core stress levels for overclocking. You may need to experiment with different configurations and monitor performance closely.

They usually allow you to set the cores or threads used. For CBR23 you need to choose from the drop-down options, turn on "advanced benchmark". P95 will prompt during startup about the number of threads and the FFT size you prefer.
