I've read other discussions about my problem and it got resolved. Restarting the CMOS worked. Now I'm unsure how to increase my RAM speed without the system not booting. The RGB lights are on, fans are running, and the motherboard displays startup attempts but keeps focusing on the processor.

Just adjusted the DRAM frequency; unsure if that was the full fix. Not very experienced with PCs, but for my friends we only changed the DRAM speed and it worked.
