My configuration is ready for you:

With a secured CPU, can I still push my RAM to 3200? If yes, what dangers am I facing and should I proceed?
I aim to build games and mini movies using Unreal Engine 4 and plan to add another 16GB of RAM if needed. This is my first rig, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You could receive 2666 with the locked CPU. This happens because a locked CPU restricts memory access speeds. Even though you can use your 3200mhz CL15 RAM normally, the system limits how quickly it can read from or write to memory when it's locked.
