Adjusting performance on Intel HD 2000 with H61 and i3 2100 processor
It seems I'm unfamiliar with this approach, which might explain the lack of information on voltage levels. I expected it to match the CPU since they're integrated.
I'm checking out OC my Intel HD 3000 because I'm planning to buy Skyrim and it could take about two weeks before I get a graphics card. If I discover a good resource, I'll let you know. It seems few people really know much about this since most have a decent card already.
I also use an Intel Core i3-2100 and without a dedicated graphics card I can enjoy most games at resolutions of 800x600 and 1024x768 with all settings at high or medium levels, except for Crysal 2 and The Witcher 2 where they work but only at low settings. I tested the iGPU settings of my Intel HD 2000 for the i3-2100 using an INTEL XTU and managed to reach the highest overclock possible for that iGPU. Now it runs at approximately 1550 MHz, which is about 82.35% stable so far (though I haven’t found any overclock beyond 1400 MHz online). Let me know and I’ll help you with this!
What a great question! Could you provide more details about what you're referring to? I'm here to help.
Just follow these steps to ensure optimal performance on Intel HD 2000 :-
#1 Open the "BIOS"
#2 Look for the "GT Overclocking"/"Graphics Overclocking" setting
#3 Change the graphics multiplier from "22" to "31"
#4 Adjust the Graphics Voltage from "Default" to "0.1600v"
Your graphics frequency will now be raised from "850mhz" to "1550mhz". You should see a significant improvement in your game's FPS.
it seems you're seeking a non-intel motherboard with GPU voltage adjustment capability.
