You can configure OneDrive to recognize each PC as a distinct device without needing additional Microsoft accounts. Set up individual device settings in OneDrive so each laptop gets its own profile and storage allocation.

Thanks for the explanation. It seems best to detach the PC from the cloud and move files directly to it for backup. That way, you won’t need to manage multiple Microsoft accounts.
