But when I increased the clock speed from the BIOS, it causes the CPU to idle around 80°C, and I haven’t played games on it while so hot because I don’t want any harm.

If you push your BIOS too high and it gets too warm, you'll need a better cooling solution. Whenever you increase temperatures, it's likely because you're not optimizing properly!
