The folder redirection is functioning correctly, but visibility issues exist between users. Each folder is properly owned by the intended user. I've included images showing both the incorrect setup and the correct one. This advanced permission configuration in the root directory needs adjustment. What would be a fast solution?

domain users full control... someone messed up the setup. You can go through each folder, remove the domainusers folder, add the owner account, and grant them complete authority. Don't forget to set all child object permissions, though this might cause chaos. Ideally, create this via a script when generating the user, but you'll need to do it manually often. Start by testing with just one folder.
