you can try adjusting the ram speed in the bios manually, as the fsb is set automatically together with the cpu. this way you might be able to reach a higher cpu frequency while keeping the ram at 800mhz. make sure your components are compatible and consider using a cooler for better performance.
Can you adjust the RAM multiplier? I believe the BIOS comes from AMI (American Megatrends Incorporated)?
