2024-05-28 SOLUTION: Navigate to Settings > System > Display > Multiple Displays > Ease cursor movement between displays. Hey fellow Tech enthusiasts, I’m facing an issue where my cursor jumps from my main monitor to the second display whenever I approach the edge. Is there a way to stop this from happening? Any recommended software? I’m using Windows 11 Pro with three monitors—Eizo FS2434 1080p on the left, Omen 32q 4K in the middle, and Eizo FS2434 1080p on the right. Can you help me figure this out? Greetings from Germany
I've experienced similar configurations before, but with Windows 10 there was a "barrier" that blocked cursor movement. Now the cursor appears at the bottom each time. Adjusting my main monitor or enlarging others leads to unpredictable resolution changes when launching games in fullscreen at 4K. This also causes parts of my display on other monitors to disappear.
Your monitors aren't set up exactly as you configured them in the settings. You can simply drag them to align properly. For any further issues, you might want to use a small mouse to resolve the DPI problem. It appears to be functioning correctly now.
You were positioned higher than the others, but feel free to experiment with littleBIGmouse. What you observe is typical across different settings.
It's working perfectly now. I'm surprised it isn't the usual version.
I've spent over fifteen years working with different monitor setups, from various sizes and resolutions. Trying this now could be quite a shock. I've adapted well to the way the mouse functions across multiple screens.
