Hello everyone, I recently purchased a new ASUS Zephyrus and am trying to upgrade it to run Windows 10 instead of the pre-installed version. I reached out to the ASUS technical support team, but as usual, they seem to know more than the customer service representatives. The armor case is the most enjoyable part of getting this laptop back in working order. Some earlier models came with 10 pre-installed, but they still face challenges when trying to set up properly. The Asus website doesn’t provide much assistance either. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
