Hi The kit i have is G.Skill Tridentz Neo 32 GB (4x8GB) 3800mhz CL14 (it's Samsung B-Die based kit). I have been working with timings and i tightened them much (XMP profile is 14-16-16-16-36 for primary timings), but maybe someone here will tell me if these are optimas settings, or is there some room to improve? Here are timings and AIDA64 benchmark results

Depends on voltage and cooling performance. CL-12 works. Target temperature below 40°C.

At 1.53V the RAM temperature stays near 38-39°C. It seems CL12 won’t work—maybe CL13 is needed. The GearDownMode must be turned on for a proper boot.

To avoid the v-droop, disabling "power down mode" in the sub timings menu seems reasonable. Your clocks and timings appear fine. It might just be that the IMC prefers tighter timing overall. 14-16-16 at 3800mhz works well!
