Some people might already know that CS:GO isn't fully optimized for 21:9 viewing. I'm trying to play at a 16:9 ratio with black bars, but I'm unsure how to achieve that. When I switch the in-game resolution to 16:9, it just stretches and doesn't display the "16:9 widescreen" option. I'm using an AMD graphics card and don't know what adjustments need to be made in the Crimson settings. Please help if anyone has any ideas. Thanks!

Adjust the display settings to a 16:9 aspect ratio. For a 3440x1440 screen this becomes 2560x1440, and for a 2560x1080 screen it is 1920x1080.

It doesn't assist further either. The system is also overloaded.

I'm not familiar with Crimson but I'd find it odd that there's no aspect ratio setting in there, considering it was present in CCC. Also, some monitors have aspect ratio settings in their menu. It definitely sounds like your aspect ratio is set to stretch somewhere. Edit - This article seems to have steps on how to set GPU display scaling. http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles...aling.aspx
