Hi, I'm dealing with a Windows 10 laptop that has a display problem. The bottom section is only about 25% usable, which limits my usability but still allows me to function. The main issue is resizing windows manually so everything fits properly and the taskbar is difficult to work with. I’m looking for a solution to adjust the aspect ratio by default, so it doesn’t rely on that small portion of the screen. I’ve attached my screen issue and a video showing the problem (WhatsApp Video, 2023-08-18 at 11:19:31 AM).

The working area of the monitor can be divided into smaller sections using suitable apps. The unused portion remains untouched, providing space for other tasks or organization.

It functions, but it doesn't modify the task bar or any system settings. Each time I need to change the window layout, I have to manually adjust it.
