Consider enabling XMP mode and adjusting CPU voltage settings to auto for gaming performance. Your current BIOS shows the CPU at 1 volt with XMP disabled.

Adjusted settings now focus on CPUs, motherboards, and memory. Avoid interacting with components you're uncertain about—the standard rule applies. XMP/DOCP enables automatic overclocking for RAM, allowing you to enable it safely. This raises the RAM clock speeds to their advertised limits rather than restricting them by the chipset. For voltage, keep it unchanged unless temperature problems arise; undervolting may lead to instability, adaptive voltages can reduce heat, and increasing voltage is only necessary during overclocking. If you haven't modified anything, voltage remains set to auto.
