Yes, but boosting frequency doesn't guarantee better performance beyond that point. Higher frequency can counteract looser timing. Aim for 3600 for a 1:1 infinity clock. Note that 3600 MHz at 18-19-19 didn't work in the past. Consider trying 1.3v if stability issues arise.
