I mentioned this to a few folks, they advised using XMP for higher frequencies. On r/techsupport Discord I also shared the info. I experimented with pushing it too hard, adjusted to 3333mhz CL15 at 1.35V and it worked without issues. No errors after an hour of testing. At 3400mhz CL17 at 1.4V it crashed instantly. Also changed the SoC to 1.2V.
Overclocking isn't a spell. It depends on what your components can handle. Your RAM probably won't reach 3400MHz at 17th grade.
Your idea about the HyperX memory was incorrect. They don't make everything uniform—just update the firmware. Got it!
Your setup could match the 3200mhz cl16 configuration. It seems the CPU likely uses an IMC, and your 2700X didn’t reach much higher speeds either. With significant voltage adjustments, you might achieve more, but it could be a waste of effort. A 3333mhz setup with 2666mhz RAM offers a solid overclock potential. Consider testing a 3200 cl14 for better performance.
Sure, I'm not familiar with AIDA. Would you like to try a free trial? There are other memory latency benchmarks available. I'll rename you to BentBrain for you.
Run main settings at 14-14-14-34/35, then auto restart. If your score improves, you'll see better overall results.
