I shared my feedback on the situation. I lowered my GPU voltage using Afterburner (1950mHz at 850mV). After running the 3Dmark Time Spy stress test, it now reads 63° instead of the earlier (good) 73°–74°. The card is surprisingly quiet. (I didn’t push it further) It seemed almost effortless. Does this make sense to you? (Apologies, this might be in the wrong folder)

It looks quite straightforward, just like lopj245 mentioned. Of course, you might face some hiccups initially, but adjusting the voltage by a small amount—around 10-20 mV—should help stabilize it.
