I'm using Windows 7 with a paid app called Actual Multiple Monitors. It gives me separate taskbars on each monitor and the system tray on all of them. Besides that, it offers many other features, but I mainly use it for changing backgrounds across all four screens and having independent taskbars on each. I’m not sure if there’s a built-in method in Windows 10 for this, though I know AMM is a reliable solution.

It seems there’s likely a more direct method for version 10. I’d really like to work with version 7, but the shift to 10 feels a bit gradual.
