I received the newest GPU driver for my RTX3080 and noticed my i9 stopped at 0.79 MHz during startup. I adjusted power settings and updated the BIOS, but the issue persists. It seems my PC is becoming a costly power consumer on my desk. Anyone have any ideas about what might be causing this?

You can obtain DDU from the provided link: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/dis...nload.html. Ensure you launch the program and uninstall drivers in Safe Mode to avoid incomplete removal.

I began my computer in safe mode, but the software didn’t let me fully uninstall the drivers.
